Nitrous Oxide (Laughing gas)

Nitrous oxide is a gas, which is a blend of both oxygen and nitrous oxide. It is a safe and effective sedative agent that helps to calm a child’s fear when they are about to undergo dental treatment. While using this gas, the child remains fully conscious and are able to respond to questions and requests. The child is able to breath this “happy gas” in through their nose. It has a rapid onset, is easy to tolerate, and is reversible.
